The 6th annual CT Owners event is nearing.
Last year, 2011 , those attending discovered spectacular scenery in beautiful weather. Several fly-outs occurred taking pilots and passengers to scenic location nearby to Page; all were within an hour or less flight including: Lake Powell; Monument Valley; Grand Canyon; Bryce Canyon; and Devil’s Backbone. Located in the high desert, Page, Arizona has a field elevation of 4,500 feet MSL.

Roger Lee, Chief Organizer, describes this years events and the plans.
We fly out Friday & Saturday mornings starting at 0700 and do so every 20 min. in different directions in groups of 5-6 so as not to bunch up. We have about 6 groups that fly out each morning. The night before you can sign up for a group or go solo to the Grand Canyon and land at Marble canyon for breakfast, Zion & Bryce Canyon for breakfast or Monument Valley for breakfast. Some fly out later for lunch. We also fly down through the canyons of Lake Powell and into the Bullfrog marina & resort. We often take unscheduled flights in the afternoons. These are usually a group that gets put together that day at lunch and head out for a side trip, but no stop. Sunday most of us fly home stating around 0700.This year we are doing a float trip down the Colorado river from Glen canyon Dam to lee’s Ferry. That is Wed. Oct. 17th. the day before the actual fly-in. This is a great fly-in and all the wives love it.It’s like a giant family reunion.
